　1997年、兵庫県神戸市生まれ。上智大学文学部新聞学科卒。2020年に新卒で毎日放送（MBS）に入社。以降、テレビスポットCMの営業デスクとして、実際にOAされるクライアントCM案作成や、広告代理店との交渉業務を担う。一方で、8歳からはじめたラグビーでは母校の上智大学ラグビー部コーチを務める傍ら、ライターとしても活動。『Sports Graphic Number / Number web』などに寄稿。
　2024年５月にMBSを退職。留学を目的に退社を決めるも、縁あって同年４月から履正社国際医療スポーツ専門学校外国語学科に入学。１年間、学科GMを務める現ラグビー日本代表通訳・佐藤秀典氏のもとスポーツ英語と通訳について学んだ。2025年２〜３月はその一環として、オーストラリア・ボンド大学ラグビークラブウィメンズチームにアシスタントコーチとして加入し、海外のコーチングを学んだ。８月には再度ボンド大学に戻り、チームのプレーオフに帯同。
　ライターとしての海外単独取材は、イギリス、オーストラリア、タイ、メキシコ、チリ、アルゼンチンで経験あり。各国の選手や代表チーム、クラブを取材した。特に2025年４月からバックパッカーでまわった中南米では、８人部屋のドミトリーを渡り歩きながら約４カ月で８カ国30都市を訪れた。中でもアルゼンチンでは、１カ月の現地取材で、刑務所内の更生活動の一環として結成されているラグビーチームへのインタビューにも成功した。
　現在は国内外を行き来しながら、取材活動に取り組んでいる。

I was born in Kobe city, Japan 1997. I studied journalism at Sophia University and as a student athlete, I balanced writing non-fiction articles., After graduating, I worked in sales for 5 years at Mainichi Broadcast System(MBS) and I am still continuing interviews and writing mainly about rugby, for sports magazines such as Sports Graphic Number.
In May 2024, I left MBS to pursue study abroad, later enrolling at Riseisha International Sports Medicine College. I studied under Mr. H.Sato, interpreter for Japan national rugby team. As part of my studying, I joined Bond University Women’s Rugby Club in Australia as an assistant coach (Feb–Mar 2025, Aug 2025).As a writer, I have achieved solo interviews in the UK, Australia, Thai, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina. Especially I traveled around Latin America from this April for 4 months, visiting 30 cities across 8 countries and interviewing prison rugby teams and current/former national players.
Currently, I continue my reporting activities while traveling between Japan and overseas.
